    Design reusable instructions that convert fictional scouting notes into a consistent report: location, observation, evidence supplied and question for the adviser. Teach the assistant to leave unknown fields blank rather than invent a pest identification. Test a vague note and an incomplete note as well as a tidy example. Have a crop specialist assess whether the output preserves the original uncertainty. Test a useful packing-data question

  1. Remove names and replace commercially sensitive orders with fictional entries.
  2. Describe what each column means, including whether a row records an order or a packed item.
  3. Request a missing-data report and reconcile the row count before asking for trends.
  4. Review the analysis with the person who knows the packhouse records and save only the checked method.
