Does the course assume agent mode is available?

No. OpenAI's current agent page says the feature is no longer available, while older instructions remain below that notice.9 We choose supported manual exercises and check your account before discussing multi-step product options.

Can a spreadsheet exercise prove why freight was late?

Only if the file contains evidence for that conclusion. Ask for a list of possible missing fields and check the source records. A chart can reveal a pattern without establishing its cause or assigning responsibility.

What if our reference files stay in another system?
