Check whether its response invents an eligibility condition or exposes unsuitable reference material. OpenAI announces planned GPT retirement and plugin migration, so preserve the reviewed instructions and assess the replacement before extending the workflow.5

Can the course use public material only?

Public process guides and invented enquiries are enough for a useful first exercise. Staff can practise tracing an answer and challenging a category without connecting resident systems. The agency then decides whether a narrower approved workplace pilot is appropriate.

Will agent mode run a public-service process?

Our delivery does not assume agent-mode access. The current official page says it is unavailable, despite older guidance further down.8 We use supported features with explicit human review and leave any wider automation proposal to the agency's governance process.

Can connected apps see every agency document?

The available information depends on the app, account and workspace controls.7 The administrator must verify the connection and its scope. Test with a restricted reference set and inspect the returned sources before deciding whether wider retrieval is suitable.

What should a team keep after the workshop?

Retain the reviewed task instructions, difficult test enquiries and a named source owner. Record the approval method in the agency's chosen system. Recheck product access and guidance when the workflow changes, rather than assuming the first configuration remains suitable indefinitely.
