  • Turn rough notes into a client explanation

    Provide fictional supervisor notes about an unexpected site condition. Ask ChatGPT to draft a plain-language explanation, keeping observations distinct from proposed next steps. Make it flag any unsupported cause or cost claim. Store a reviewed example in the Project so future drafts follow the same distinction. The owner decides what to offer and sends the final message through the usual business process.

  1. Choose a mock job file with both planned and completed tasks.
  2. Ask for a draft that names the evidence behind each progress statement.
  3. Have the site supervisor correct statuses and identify decisions still outstanding.
  4. Approve the customer wording and store it separately from the working chat.
