    Where the workspace still permits custom GPT creation, test a booking-brief helper against incomplete and contradictory inputs. GPT instructions and reference knowledge can define the expected output. OpenAI now advises preparing these workflows for a planned transition to plugins, so retain the instructions and test examples outside the helper as well.5
