The GPT should seek clarification, while the supervisor confirms instructions against the workplace before issue.7 Because OpenAI is retiring custom GPTs in favour of plugins, store the approved induction instructions and test requests where they can move to the replacement.10

    If your account supports an approved connected app, practise finding a permitted specification or order document before drafting correspondence. Use a fictional nursery's plant-hire enquiry as the exercise. Ask ChatGPT to return the file reference and leave uncertain delivery arrangements open. Turn observations into a checked management note

  1. Select a sample workbook and define the business question without including personal staff records.
  2. Tell ChatGPT which columns to use and ask it to report blanks, duplicate dates and ambiguous units.
  3. Inspect the analysis steps and compare a selected calculation with the original spreadsheet.
  4. Write a short note that separates the observed pattern from possible causes and the manager's next decision.
