    If an approved connected app is available, practise locating a specific reference file in the business account. Confirm its owner and revision before asking for a summary. Start with a cleared folder rather than broad access to the farm's records. Connected apps have different capabilities and permissions, so verify the actual account setup instead of assuming every file is searchable.7
