Can a school use these tasks for assessment planning?

Staff can practise planning with approved sample material, but they must check the specific assessment conditions. NZQA prohibits generated chatbot content in external assessment submissions.6 Label teaching examples so they cannot be mistaken for a student's own submitted evidence.

How do existing GPT workflows affect the session?

Bring the workflow's purpose and maintenance owner. OpenAI documents a transition for Enterprise custom GPTs to plugins.10 We inspect current workspace options before choosing the exercise rather than assuming an old teaching guide still matches the available controls.

Will the former agent mode be demonstrated?

The current OpenAI notice directs users away from retired agent mode to ChatGPT Work.11 An approved multi-step planning task can be considered in the available experience, with a staff member reviewing sources and any proposed external action.
