    Use data analysis with invented survey categories and comments to practise grouping feedback. Ask for the classification method, ambiguous cases and a view of the original inputs. Review comments that do not fit the dominant theme. Avoid making claims about actual learner performance from a practice dataset or using small identifiable groups as demonstration material.5,7

  • Retrieve a reviewed staff procedure

    Through a permitted connected app, find a general policy document and request the passage relevant to a fictional staff question. Check its owner and current revision before drafting a response. An administrator approves the connection and its scope. Use a restricted demonstration library, with learner records excluded, so the team can inspect exactly what the tool retrieved.8

Test the explanation against the concept

  1. Choose an approved concept and write the intended learning in plain language.
  2. Ask the Project for contrasting examples and the assumptions behind them.
  3. Check each explanation with the subject notes and remove any misleading analogy.
  4. Have the teacher revise the resource and record why the accepted examples fit.
