  3. Ask ChatGPT to cite the supplied wording and identify details it cannot answer.
  4. Check the response with the service lead, including any omitted next action.
  5. Agree a review checklist before proposing a later workflow with approved business material.

Does a mock table still teach useful analysis?

Yes. Build a synthetic dataset with known categories and deliberately inconsistent statuses. Staff learn to challenge grouping assumptions and trace an outlier to its row, skills they can later apply only to data the organisation approves.
